@Gwydion: we have not integrated BW 1.x backed up stuff. RE: 100% CPU – yes, we are working on some threading issues. It’s an internal release :)

I must admit that I’m even a bit skeptical at this point. There seems to be a lot of promises flying around with no follow-through. For a product I’ve paid for and have not been able to use for nearly a year, well I’m not even a little bit impressed.

I bought the bandwagon license on the 24th Sep 07… recently my hard disk crashed and lost all my music… now i got a new drive and am running Leopard OS. Is there a way i can get bandwagon 1.0 again? I really miss all my itunes music (which i bought).

@sheatsb: You will be offered a free upgrade to Bandwagon 2.0. We are moving to stand alone pricing so you will not have to worry about renewals. Sorry for the delay but still testing internally. Anyone looking around :)

There’s an issue with icon badging that we are resolving. Is there an Apple Events expert out there?

It’s now early July, and I’ve been told that there would be a beta sometime soon. Can I reasonably assume that nothing is coming out for the next few weeks as well?

Considering the long wait, and the fact that I use Leopard, I would like to think that we’d be offered something more than just a single year for free, esp. since my renewal date is coming up anyway.

Yes, all paid users will get a free upgrade. BW 2.0 will support Leopard.

This is ridiculous. I don’t know how things work over there, but if someone is paying for a service and you’re not providing it, in the UK, it’s classed as theft. My subscription ends in just over a month and I’ve not been able to use bandwagon at all since October. Absolutely ridiculous. By charging for a product that clearly never worked properly (who else has charged for something that would struggle to even be called an alpha release by most companies), all you’ve done is destroy any credibility you might have once had.
