Purchased Audiobooks

This is really nit-picky but just something I noticed. I’ve got several Audiobooks in my library, purchased from Audible.com instead of the iTunes Store. (.aa files) Bandwagon seems to back these files up just fine, but when I look at my account on http://i.ridethebandwagon.com/ it says I have 0 purchased audiobooks. Should these be considered purchased items? I don’t really know… Otherwise, the new FTP Beta 4 Rev 2 seems to be working great. :) |

Hi Zach. Can you see if it’s marked as “Purchased Music” on the web frontend? Furthermore, we haven’t really tested Audiobooks not bought in iTMS, so for now, the answer is we don’t support ‘em. |

They did backup and the website shows 2 audiobooks, it just says 0 purchased audiobooks. No worries here, it seems to be functioning properly as far as backup and restore goes. Just suggesting that Audible content could be considered purchased (these files have DRM and require a computer to be activated to play the content, the file extension is .aa, different than any other formats in iTunes). -Zach :) |
